We think on paper. Writing forces clarity, sharpens intention, and scales ideas across teams faster than any meeting ever could. A well-written doc doesn't just communicate. It gets everyone on the same page before the conversation starts.

Every decision has a reason. When that reason is visible to everyone, you stop second-guessing and start building. When everyone understands the why, teams move faster, stay aligned, and spend their energy on the right problems.

We default to frequent feedback and dislike letting things fester. We care more about finding the best ideas together than winning arguments, and believe excellence matters more than ego.

We make fast, informed decisions and adapt as we go. We compress quarterly planning to 2.5 weeks, run pre-mortems on major initiatives, and regularly evaluate and make changes to how we work.

Outcomes matter, but we can't control them directly. Instead, we obsess over our odds of success through the quality of our thinking, the rigor of our process, and the habits that compound over time.
